All our pickups & drops from the Airport happens through our internal team. We will either co-ordinate through a common Whatsapp group or through a dedicated Point of Contact on our side.

At Shipzy, we courier luggage that includes clothes, books, kitchen items, sports equipment. Luggage in the form of trolleys, backpacks, bags, cartons is also something we send. 

We don’t do LARGE items like Fridge, beds etc. 

We pack the luggage with high quality bubble wrap for fragile items and pack the entire suitcase with shrink wrap. Packaging service is available only in certain locations*

For locations, where we don’t have the packing option, we send cling wrap to your location and you’ll be able to pack it yourself. 

For luggage shipments or any courier shipments. It’s charged based on actual weight or volumetric weight whichever is higher.

Volumetric weight is calculated by using the below formula;

Length x height x width ÷ 4500
All dimensions are in cms

Higher the weight, lower the rates per kg. The rates per kg reduces as the weight increases.

The Volumetric Weight Per KG is different for different modes of logistics 

For Surface – It is divisible by 4500 

For Air – It is divisible by 5000 

For Sea – It is divisible by 6000
