Our team will inform you if the pincodes are serviceable and will specify the costing and the time taken for delivery. Our team will inform you of any possible delays due to festivals or weather conditions.

4. Get a clear understanding of the process

Our team will inform you of the process that includes items that can andthat cannot be shipped. How the parcels are weighed and when the payment details are shared and how you can pay.

If the luggage has reached the last hub ( the hub closest to your delivery location ), in some cases we do book a dedicated vehicle and deliver it to your house during emergencies ( If local services are available )

We unfortunately do not have packing services everywhere. We have packing services only in certain locations. If you pack the luggage, we will pick up the shipments.

It’s advised not to keep expensive items in your luggage such as iPhone, Expensive Speakers, Expensive breakables. We DO NOT review the contents of your items and hence there is no proof that we know the items are there in the package. We would suggest not to keep anything expensive at all.

We do not have luggage insurance and the reason is, insurance companies do not insure used goods. The insurance available from other service providers, cover only when the truck has met with an accident and does not cover damage of the goods. For this reason, we don’t believe in charging for insurance when the terms of coverage are not beneficial to the end customer.

In very rare circumstances, luggages do get damaged. Please reach out to our team with the details of the damage and they will help you out. We do have a compensation policy, in case there are damages. But this is assessed individually on a case by case basis.

We do provide GST invoices and if you want to claim GST credit for your business, please share your GST number in our chat and we will ensure that’s reflected in the invoice.

Yes you can send your luggage to a hotel or an Airbnb. Just ensure to provide the right point of contact at the final destination. As deliveries can happen from 2PM to 8PM. It’s important to ensure that the receiver or point of contact is available to receive the luggage.

Shipzycart does operate all over India. Our scope of operations might be limited in certain locations. But generally we do have pickups and drops all over India.

Generally pickup schedules are from 2pm to 6pm. In certain locations, we have time specific pickups. Check with us to understand if this is possible for your pickup.

Higher the weight, lesser the rate per kg. It is a tiered pricing. So when the weight increases, their rate per kg is reduced, which ensures that you are not paying very high and exorbitant amounts when your shipment weight increases.

Charges are very clear and it depends on a few factors. It depends on Actual weight, volumetric weight.

Pricing can vary sometimes. Generally there pricing elements like Fuel Surcharge which is variable in logistics and can change. So if you paid a price that was lesser earlier, it’s not because we like overcharging you ?. It just means some rates have increased from our vendor’s side

As long as it’s not fragile or very expensive and if it’s packed well, then sports equipment can be sent.

We generally do not accept musical instruments because they are super fragile. Unless it has custom packaging with crating and other stuff, they are prone to damage.

If you have ample time to ship, we do provide cling wrap at certain locations. It depends on the situation. Please check with our team.
